It would be hard to pigeon hole exactly what I do as my practise arcs photo-illustration, set design and art direction, basically I like to create. The dynamic tonal images I produce are always anchored by cultural and artistic reference, from the writings of Kafka to the films of Robert Weine. The process balances traditional craft techniques and digital photography. I try to keep computer manipulation to a minimum, creating effect and finish through lighting, offering a modern interpretation of the Victorian art of Phantasmagoria. This site catalogues a range of commercial and personal briefs.
